Reading the twenty Italian regions names list, a small anomaly is rarely noted: while nineteen of them have the name in the singular, there is only one in the plural:
Le Marche, a unique example of motley geographical equilibrium. From the Sibillini Mountains to the Adriatic Sea in just over one hour, they are a perfect mix of pristine mountain woods, rolling hills - an ordered mosaic of vineyards, olive groves, wheat fields - and sea. All this has always had a very powerful influence on the Marche’s gastronomy which is deeply rooted in the micro-local peasant traditions.

We want to promote local food. The true one, with a real taste and a concrete flavor. Healthy, zero mile food.

Because we believe that popular culture and culinary history are strongly connected: traditional dishes tell a lot about a land and identify its uniqueness. They talk about the life of a people and its history. Our local food talks about us.
